Rena Parks, LMP, has been a Massage Therapist since 2020. Her journey into
Therapeutic Massage began after sustaining an injury to her upper back, and
maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and with a stressful 36 years Public Safety career.
Despite trying various therapies and medications, she found no relief until she tried
Therapeutic Massage. Rena decided to pursue this path to help others experiencing
chronic pain, injuries, and stress. Rena has a passion for Sports Therapy, as an
 exercise enthusiast, she is  passionate about fitness and health 1 .  Rena’s goal is to
provide professional, relaxing massages that promote healing and well-being
